Sales Executive-Industrial & Automotive Division

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, giving technical solutions, achieving weekly and monthly targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will have a good learning attitude and be committed to a long-term career with us. The successful candidate will receive attractive incentives and benefits for excellent performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Field Sales at least 2 years
• Products to be handled: Industrial Decision: Air Compressors(Screw & Reciprocating), Driers, Filters, Air Receivers
• Automotive Division: Car Washers, Vehicle Lifts, Wheel Service Equipment Etc.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competition.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers for air compressors and garage equipment in Goa.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide technical solutions and product information to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Create and submit sales reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
